  Chen Chen, born in 1990, Ph.D., associate professor, doctoral supervisor, B-level excellent imported talents of Harbin University of Science and Technology, communication review expert of National Natural Science Foundation, member of Heilongjiang Artificial Intelligence Society - Audition Intelligence Special Committee, academic committee of CCF Young Computer Scientists & Engineers Forum - Harbin, deputy secretary general Heilongjiang Computer Federation - Youth Working Committee, executive member of Heilongjiang Computer Federation - Computer Application Committee, review expert of Ministry of Education dissertation Center. She received her B.S, M.S and Ph.D degree in Computer Science and Technology from Harbin Institute of Technology. Her main research interests include computer audition, speech signal processing, audio information analysis, pattern recognition and machine learning, etc. She presided over 6 scientific research projects (including 2 national projects, 2 provincial and ministerial projects, and 2 department projects), and won 1 provincial science and technology award. She published more than 20 academic papers, including 15 first/corresponding author papers (including 7 SCI papers, 2 top EI international conferences recommended by CCF, 3 top quality science and technology journal papers recommended by CCF, and 1 EI paper). She authorized/applied for more than 20 invention patents and software copyrights, compiled and translated 1 book, and participated in the formulation of 2 national standards.
