Prof. Baojun Ge was born in 1960 and received his Ph.D. degree in electric machine and apparatus from HIT in 1999. He is the leader of the National Quality Resources Sharing Course of Electric Machinery, an outstanding teacher of Higher Schools of the Ministry of Education, and the journal editor in chief of Electric Machines and Control. His research focuses on large electric machines and he has specially implemented more than 30 projects, which are from the National Key Technology R&D Program, Natural Science Foundation of China, enterprises, etc. He authored and coauthored more than 150 peer-reviewed publications in journals and conference proceedings and holds more than 20 patents. Dr. Ge has published a Nationally Planned Textbook for the Twelfth Five-year Plan, a Postgraduate Textbook, a monograph, and reviewed 2 textbooks.
